Update CCleaner and start a scan.

This script will update CCleaner in the Third party folder and perform a scan.

Actions:

Update CCleaner Portable (zip version).
Extract the archive, start a scan and wait for user input.

Notes:

This script contains commands and functions only supported in the version 10.15 or higher.
