New install
I just ran system booster after a fresh install of Windows and it found about 400 items.

Yes, that's normal. Windows is far from perfect. There are many references left from previous Windows versions pointing to stuff that no longer exists.
One thing we humans have in common is that we are all different. So, if you think you're weird because you're different from everyone else, then we are all weird.

That’s an understatement. I think Windows 10 is an intrusive piece of crap and Microsoft as a whole has gone in the crapper.
