Tech Tool Store does that for you. Search for Windows 7 KB3125574 rollup.
One thing we humans have in common is that we are all different. So, if you think you're weird because you're different from everyone else, then we are all weird.
On second step, already using KB3125574 roll up. This roll up only update till April 2016.
Than on third step using wsus offline, which install all updates till date, but it takes time and multiple reboots.
I just want to know does MS release any monthly or annually roll ups?
Muhammad, currently, TTS only installs 3 updates for Windows 7. They are meant to fix the slowness of Windows 7 SP1 clean installs when searching for updates. WSUS is also part of the tools included on TTS.
The latest Windows update roll up is probably KB3185278. A quick google query can tell you that.

Thanks for your tip.
I think, I am too old to learning ... I have again reading all my saved articles/web pages and found what I have missed.
I was following this link to make updated media (but not always use). Windows 7: Creating Fully patched Image by Slipstream in the Convenience Rollup and Quality Rolluphttps://social.technet.microsoft.com/wi ... ollup.aspx
Step # 1
Installing windows 7 SP1 from original media
Now I realized that instead KB3185330, I only need to install the latest Security Monthly Quality Rollup or in-short Monthly Rollup
Here is the procedure which I have found:
Write down the latest "Monthly Rollup" number from this link: Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 update history: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... te-history (like for month of September 2017, it is KB4038777)
